Haven't received Franken Rewards after 96 hours.

Hi,

I have received the 5,000 rewards credits for stage 1 of the Franken Rewards, however I have not received the remaining 10,000 credits nor have I received the MyVIP Gems.

I have spent more than £2 on avatar items, and I have earned more than 4 achievements in the games I purchased for stage 1.

Franken Rewards

I have completed some of the challenges for the Franken Rewards just yesterday, and I have read that it can take up to 96 hours for the Rewards Credits to populate. So I have two questions, first is, on average how long do you have to wait to receive your
Rewards Credits? Second, if I complete a Franken Rewards challenge now and I haven't received my Rewards Credits by November which is when Franken Rewards ends, does that mean I don't get any of the challenges I may have completed?

Any help or information would be useful, I am only concerned that I am putting in effort and I won't get anything for it.

if a mission end in the Xbox rewards will I still get my reward points

Hi I recently completed the anima action mission but haven't received my reward points it has only been 48 hours and not the 96 hours but I was just wondering if now that the mission is finished if I would still get my reward points.

We see that you have earned Credits for your achievements. Keep in mind that it can take us up to 96 hours to process new information. Regarding your avatar purchases, there was an issue with avatars that was recently resolved. You should see the Credits
for that offer pending shortly. We also see that you have received your Gems for this offer. You can see your total Gems from the vault page at (Xbox Live Rewards).

You don't receive codes for rewards credits. They should show as pending on the rewards site about 96 hours after you redeemed them. If you don't see them after 96 hours, you would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Quesions support forum.

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order. However, you will not receive your Rewards Credits until 96 hours after ALL of the games you pre-ordered have released.
If Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is one of your chosen titles, you will not receive your Reward until 96 hours after the game’s release date on January 23, 2017.

Credits should show as pending about 96 hours after the purchase. If you don't receive them after the 96 hours, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum for assistance

Hey DrunkBadger414 according to the FAQ on the reward website, if Resident Evil 7 is one of the games used to complete the digital punchcard credits will not be rewarded until 96 hours after the title launches on January 23rd, 2017. Here is the link: https://rewards.xbox.com/faq/#missions
