    Haven't received Fallout 3 code for Fallout 4 preorder


    Like the topic stares, I haven't received my Fallout 3 on Xbox One code for preordering my copy of Fallout 4. I preordered the game through the Smartglass application last Monday. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Fallout 4 Preorder didn't give Fallout 3

      • Promotion name: “Free Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4”
      • Date of purchase: “November 6, 2015”
      Issue: I haven't received my fallout 3 code even though I digitally preordered Fallout 4. I did preorder it though gamestop but it was digitally preorded not a physical copy so I don't know if the code for fallout 3 was on the receipt.

    Preorder Fallout 4 ages ago, received promo code for Fallout 3 on 11/3/2015, when I click on redeem code: This code has already been used. Haven't received Fallout 3 code for Fallout 4 preorder :(

    Obviously, I haven't used it, please provide a new code or fix it.
