HAVEN'T RECEIVED EA ACCESS SUBSCRIPTION CODE TO COME WITH XBOX LIVE MEMBERSHIP PROMOTION

I purchased the xbox live membership limited time offer promotion on the xbox store which is supposed to come with 1 month free EA access but I have not received an EA access subscription code so please help my situation

Yes there was a promotion on the Xbox dashboard that said play Fifa 17 first and when I clicked on it the promotion said that if I bought Xbox live I would be given 1 month of ea access for free so I clicked on the link to get Xbox live on the promotion
page and paid for Xbox live and it said I would get the code for ea access sent to my Xbox message centre and I still haven't been given the code I've checked the message centre and my email and I haven't got it

Hi. I see the deal on my dashboard again. No option for $1, but I'm thinking of just buying a 12 month subscription online and then redeeming it through the promotion. Although I bought EA Access yesterday, maybe redeeming an XBL membership through that
promotion will prolong my EA Access membership? Instead of ending 12/31/16, maybe it'll end September 2017? (assuming this promotion starts giving me a free year of EA Access in September)
