    Haven't Received Dishonored 1 Definitive Edition from Dishonored 2 pre-order.


    I pre-ordered Dishonored 2 about two weeks ago and I have still not received Dishonored 1 Definitive Edition. I have been checking the store and it still says you receive the game from pre-ordering, so it appears the offer is still valid.

    Wanted to clarify that when we pre-order dishonored 2 the dishonored definitive edition does not arrive until after dishonored 2 releases, correct?

    Have not received Dishonored DE code after pre ordering Dishonored 2

    I contacted support and they suggested I post over here. Purchased and pre-ordered Dishonored 2 but I haven't received a code for Dishonored Definitive Edition yet. verified that it was not in my email (or junk mail) and have not received any codes through
    Xbox Live messages on my console

    Haven't Received Dishonored 1 Definitive Edition from Dishonored 2 pre-order.

    You should be able to download the game for free from the store. If you're part of the preview program and purchased it from the console, you will not be able to download it until you are charged about 2 weeks before the gane releases.

    Hey Ryked11! As Smwutches said, if you pre-ordered on a preview console you will not be charged until 10 days or less from the launch date at which time you'll be able to download Dishonored 1. Please submit feedback through your console and if you have
    any other issues, please post in the

    PreOrder, but no Dishonored 1 code...

    Hey there zhhp,

    To clarify, users who pre ordered Dishonored 2 would receive the license for Dishonored: Definitive Edition. No codes were sent for this promotion, you would just need to download the game from the Xbox Store. To qualify though, you needed to pre-order Dishonored
    2 prior to it's release date in a supported Xbox Live country as well as a country where the game has been officially released.

    Which country is your console physically located in currently and which day did you preorder the game?

    Hey ll chilidogs -

    If you have pre-ordered South Park: Fractured, But Whole and Dishonored 2, you should be able to automatically download South Park: The Stick of Truth and Dishonored without a code. These promotions did not require receiving Xbox Live codes.

    Hello Mister Maka, thank you for your reply. I've checked the store and my Ready to Install list and the Dishonored Definitive Edition still isn't available for me to download for free as part of the Limited Edition package I bought. The Limited Edition
    page on the MS store on my console is no longer available now for viewing, and so I cannot attempt to download it as part of the bundle anymore. I take it I'll need to get in contact with Microsoft to sort out this issue?
