Haven't received December My VIP credits yet.

Greetings,

I have yet to have my December credits show up in my account. I spent around $150 in December and my star rating went up to a 5* rating in My VIP but I haven't yet received the credits for the purchases I made in December, all of which should've been eligible
for My VIP.

I would appreciate anyone taking time to look into this,

I have 8250 credits since December 18, 2016 and I haven't recieved my credits yet.

I have had 8250 credits since December 18, 2016 and I haven't received my credits yet. They should of been deposited by January 5 ,2017 into my account. When will they be deposited for me to be able to use these 8250 credits?

One S upgrade promotion and 25$ gift card status

Hi,

I upgraded to a new XBox One S from microsoftstore on 26th December. My order status shows 25$ store credit is completed but I haven't received any code yet. Should I do anything from my end to receive the 50K promotion credits?

Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So you should see the credits over the next few days.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

Preorders do not count towards VIP. So they could not be moved to count towards your VIP rank.

Why give a Pre-Order Punchcard that is for January 1 – March 31, 2017

on orders that were placed in December as stated I would receive more

as a 4 star gold at 8% than the Punchcard reward

since the three orders are Pre-Order games not yet released, I

Keep in mind that rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it is too early to see credits pending for December purchases. In-game consumables do not count towards VIP so things like Madden points will
not receive credits.

Xcom 2 would have been part of your VIP rebate for September. There were no other offers it was eligible for that month.

Halo would have counted towards the Rewards Story offer, but you had to complete all 3 parts in order to receive credits. There was not an offer to receive credits just for purchasing that game in December.
