Haven't received credit for Anime Month rewards.

Hello, I am trying to complete the Anime Month rewards. Says I need to spend $40 on stuff in the sale to get 4,000 points. Well have spent more than that and still says I have no credits for the mission. Have had this happen several times, and would like
it fixed. I have talked with a representative already but linked me here. here is the info I gave them: SR# 1392930269

I think one of the bigger issues is, why are there 2 reward programs for practically the same things. The rep was not even sure which reward program this would fall under, and I was barely aware that there was an "xbox" reward program
as well as a "Microsoft" reward program that also rewards you for similar stuff including buy xbox games.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, and Thanks to Alyssa C. ( Microsoft Rep ) for helping me get here.

Never Received Anime month 4000 rewards points

purchased two games for the anime month and been waiting and still haven't received 4000 points

Did Not Receive Credits for Anime Purchases

I purchased three titles during the month of February, titles advertised for anime rewards, but did not receive any credits.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your offer Credits were from the later half of last month, they will be a part of the mid-month deposit this month. If you are asking about general MyVIP Credits, from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Furthermore, purchases that go towards offers will not also go towards MyVIP payback, so your purchases that went towards Simply Rewarding would not also award
payback. Similarly, your purchases last month that went towards the Anime Month offer and XOXO Rewards would not also award payback. Also, we award off of every $10 USD, so it would not be possible to get a Credit amount less than 100.

I also haven't received any credits for anything else. Last date of rewards deposit was 01/28/2015

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. The Present event pending in your account is from last month's "A Rewards Story" offer. Since that offer required the completion of three chapters in order to receive
Credits for the offer, you did not receive any Credits for that offer.
