Unfortunately, if you redeemed the code after December 31, 2016, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the legacy collection. We have no way of altering or extending promotions.

Thanks for the link. Regarding your Gears of War legacy collection. Once you redeem the code for Gears of War 4 that came with your console, that will trigger the system to put you in queue to receive your codes for the legacy collection. The physical copy
of Fallout 4, however, is something we do not have any further information on and that would be up to GameStop to fulfill.

Hopefully that helps clarify a bit.

I bought Xbox One S 1TB console, as a retail boxed bundle with a card/code to download GoW4 included in the box

I contacted xbox support via twitter, inquiring about the xbox 360 legacy collection promotion that was running during the GOW4 release. I was informed that i should receive the download codes via a message over xbox live, within 30 days.

This was on 14/10/16. To date i still have received nothing, yet a friend who bought a physical copy of the game received the codes, on a card, inside the games case.

When did you purchase your copy of Gears of War 4? The promotion to obtain the legacy collection ended on December 31, 2016 so if you purchased your copy of the game after that time, unfortunately you would not be eligible to receive the games.
