Haven't received codes for battleborn season pass content

After multiple chats with Xbox support and multiple purchases of the game the codes I was apparently supposed to get for season pass content have not shown up. I've both pre ordered the digital deluxe and bought the digital deluxe at a later date for trouble
shooting steps provided by support. But still missing a bunch of content I should have. Some help with this would be much obliged since I've been waiting for a while now.

I'm also having this same problem. I have no available content to download, but I verified with MS customer support that I have both content license Battleborn Digital Deluxe Bonuses / Season Pass. Any recommendations?

Go to My Games & Apps and highlight Battleborn and press the View button (two overlapping squares) and under Installed, do you see the season pass listed there?

Under Ready to Install, do you see any content that's included in the season pass? If so, hit Install All and it should all begin downloading.

Can you please clarify which content you're missing? If you cancelled your pre-order and later repurchased the game you would not be eligible for the pre-order content.

 

I am missing the dlc campaign missions that are supposed to come with the season pass. I was told before I'm apparently supposed to get download codes for them in my messages but they never came. Also you miss understood me a little there. The later purchase
was refunded cause the fix didn't work and I still have the original pre ordered deluxe edition with season pass. I shouldn't have to buy dlc again I already paid for in the season pass.

 

Sounds like there may have been a miscommunication I'm afraid. Season pass content is not sent out in messages (we haven't sent any messages out for this specific game in general), however should be available in

Battleborn's Ready to install list. If you do not see the content listed there, are you able to navigate to the Xbox Store from your Xbox One console and ensure that the season pass shows as owned? You can also try installing the specific content you're
looking for within the Xbox Store as well.

hm apparently it is owned but nothing is actually installed on the box for the game, it all appears to be registered server side to your account on their part. Which is actually kind of annoying since it gives no way to verify owning it normally. Which can
lead to problems like this where everyone thinks they aren't getting their content. Cause now all the dlc missing is working otherwise.

 

Oh right on, if I understood correctly everything is working as expected now? Season Passes can tend to behave a little differently depending on the game. Keep us posted if this is working for you or not so we can help narrow this down further.

 

yep everything is working as it should now. All pass content is accessible and I tested it all today to make sure.

Hello! I have a similar issue with the Battleborn content. I show as purchased in the store but am unable to download any of the Season Pass Content. Additionally when I go to manage game and attempt to install the content there, there are no options
to install; I only have the basic Battleborn install in place. If this healps, I purchased the physical disc then purchased the Season Pass after installing in the X-Box Store (Digital)
