Haven't received codes for 360 versions of Gears Of War 3 & Judgement

I contacted customer support about not receiving codes for 360 version of Gears of War 3 and Gears Of War Judgement, and they sent me over here to the forum and told me to start a new thread. Here is my code that the customer support told me to post. I purchased
Gears Of War 4 Ultimate Edition online at Bestbuy on 9/06/16 [Mod Removed - Do not post codes on the forums]

Pre-Ordered Gears Of War 4 I still have not received codes for XBOX 360 versions

I pre-ordered Gears Of War 4 on 09/06/16. I received codes for 360 versions of Gears of War and Gears of War 2. I have not received codes for 360 versions of Gears of War 3 and Gears of War Judgement. Thank you in advance.

Promotion tokens typically go out in waves. Keep an eye on your Xbox Live messages and if you haven't received your codes within 10 days of launch (so October 21, 2016), please post up a new thread and we'll take a closer look.

Okay, it's now the 19th and I still haven't received my code for fallout 3, on a side note, I received my gears of war 1 and 2 codes for ultimate edition but not 3 and judgement.

Me too, I finished gears of wars UE and i'm waiting to receive the code of others gears 360 (gears of war 2,3 and judgement) for purchased the adventure !

Hi, I did receive my 4 redeem codes, however the codes for the original gears of war and gears of war 3 did not work, and do not work until today, I always get the code Xbos-0X80150017.

The codes for gears of war 2 and judgement did work though.

Same issue for me. I have been able to redeem codes for Gears of War 3 and Gears of War Judgement, but haven't been able to redeem Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3. I also tried in microsoft.com/redeem with my Xbox associated account and didn't work either.

Could someone advise on how to proceed further?
