Haven't received code for Rare Replay

For that offer, you actually have to fill out the form at the bottom of the offer's FAQ page for assistance -

i bought an xbox one that was a holiday bundle that gives a choice of 1 game out of 4 without the kinect. The games offered are Rare Replay, Forza Motorsport 6, Gears of War Ultimate Edition, and Rise of The Tomb Raider. I followed the directions and went
to xbox.com/name-your-game. I registered my email with the site and entered the 16 digit code and it took me to the select your game page. I selected the Rare Replay game and it took me toapage where it told me that a code would be sent to my email. I went
to my email and there was no email with the code to unlock Rare Replay. I went to the support page and called the 800# and talked to one customer service representitive that had no clue about what I was talking about so my wife decided to call back for me
and that representitive told us we had to get on this site and post on here to get ahold of someone to correct this issue. I got the xbox one just for Rare Replay.

Just to clarify, did you not receive the code that should have been included with your console bundle or are you unable to redeem the code? Also, please let us know the details of the promotion that you are referring to. Thanks in advance!

I had issues installing it with rare replay and own the disk copy but haven't tried it yet.
