Haven’t received code for free 3-months Xbox live

Hi, I purchased Xbox Live on 26/01/2018 for £8.99 as part of a deal where I would also receive a code which would entitle me to 3-months Xbox Live for free. I have not yet received the code, any idea why? Thanks.

PUBG 3-Month Xbox live promotion

I did receive the code for Three Months of Xbox Live but the pubG token for the downloadable content I still haven’t received.

 

Free 3 months not received

I purchased a 3 month membership during the “play together with Xbox live gold “ promo and haven’t received the code for 3 months free. It states in the T&C that I would have the code by 15/3/18.

I have spoken to online chat support and they have advised I make this post.

I would appreciate help resolving this issue
