    As title states I pre ordered on 2/16 and haven't received my code customer support says I need to post here for someone to get back with me on this matter so that's what I'm doing

    Still waiting for the Dark Souls code...

    I was told to post again if I haven't received my code for Dark Souls by March 4th. I still haven't received the code for pre-ordering Dark Souls 3.

    Still haven't recieved my dark souls code after pre ordering dark souls 3, never recieved my fallout 3 code after preordering fallout 4 either

    Sincere apologies for the delay! The Dark Souls codes you get for pre-ordering Dark Souls III on Xbox One have not sent out yet. Since codes have not gone out yet, please make a new post if you don't receive your Dark Souls for Xbox 360 code by the end of
    Friday, Mar. 4th.
