Haven't Received Code for Batman V Superman Promo After Purchasing Arkham Knight

I purchased Batman: Arkham Knight last night during the Warner Bros promo for Gold members. I received an email receipt but it had no code for the promo and I haven't received a separate email with the code in it either. I've checked both of my email accounts
spam/junk filters and it's nowhere to be found. Is there a 24-48 wait period or something like that?

I purchased Arkham Knight after seeing a promotion for free tickets to Batman V Superman and never received my voucher code. I have emailed the company that has handled the code, and I have been in contact with Xbox Support, and they sent me here.

Same here. Bought the Batman Arkham Knight digital download through Xbox Live Gold member area on the xbox one console. Got purchase confirmation email but no promo code for Batman v Superman movie discount.

I noticed when I made my qualifying purchase of Arkham Knight that Xbox Live Purchasing systems were having issues; hopefully I don't wait a full week just to discover they somehow missed my purchase as being part of the promotion.
