    Haven't received code for 3 months for 3 games xbox live promo code.


    Hey so I purchased the games during the promo period and still havent received the code and when i tried contacting microsoft support I was told that they never had this promotion. I had a very stressful conversation with a rep over at microsoft.

    I purchased 3 months XBOX Live Gold on 2/7/2018. at the time, there was a promo for 3 free months if you purchased 3 months. The code for the 3 free months would be sent to my inbox. I have not received the code yet.

    There's a few of us here having the same problem. These problems have remained unresolved since last week when the first of us started bringing our issues to their attention. I'm starting to think nobody cares.

  10. There seems to be some confusion within Microsoft about this promotion, known as the "3 For 3 Deal". According to posters in similar threads, you'll want to

    Contact your local support and ask for the games and apps division. At least one of those posters have had success doing this. I believe that you've already posted in at least one of those
    threads, so I won't link them.

    that was the promo... Buy 3 months Xbox Live Gold then get 3 months extra for free... But i haven't received any codes... even after my subscription i bought expired last week!!

    From the Terms of Service for that promotion:

    During the first 30 days, customer will receive a promo code for 3 months of Groove Music Pass at no charge. Upon completion of the promotional period, membership will be automatically
    billed as specified at signup unless cancelled. Limit 1 promo code per customer, single use only, Promo code must be used by December 29th, 2016.
    Do note that when you receive a code there IS an expiration date. If you haven't received your code after 30 days of membership, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll look into it.
