Haven't received bonuses in FIFA 17

I haven't received ea acces code either after pre-ordering fifa 17

According to EA, if you purchased the game digitally, your bonus content is added to
your account automatically. Here is their guide on how the loan packs and the additional content works. If you continue to be unable to access the in-game content,
you'll need to reach out to EA Support for further assistance.

According to >>EA<<, the FIFA 17 release date was September 27, 2016. In order to qualify for the pre-order bonuses, you would have had to
pre-order the game September 26, 2016 or sooner. As you purchased the game on the date of release, unfortunately you would not qualify for the bonuses in question. As such, we are unable to assist further.

Same here. I preordered on 9/28 and haven't received the bonuses yet.
