Haven't received bonus 3 Month Xbox Live Gold code

I purchased a 3 Month Xbox Live Gold subscription through the following promotion: Xbox Live Gold | Xbox An additional 3 Month code was supposed to be sent
to me by the 15th of March but I have yet to receive it. I have contacted Microsoft support (reference number 1419174366) who told me to post here.

Another missing 3 months live gold issue

Hi, Here is another missing 3 months Xbox Live Gold issue. Xbox support sent me here after a chat conversation. Like others, I purchased 3 months Xbox Live Gold in January that came with a bonus 3 months free. Was to
have received the code by mid March but haven't received it yet. Could you please have a look and advise? Thanks!
