    Haven't received any quantum break codes and it's April 21 2016


    It is April 22nd, I pre-ordered from the online Microsoft Store and I have yet to receive my "$10 Gift Code With Pre-Order Game," have not received "Alan Wake American Nightmare," or the PC version of Quantum Break.

    I've never pre-ordered a game before, I thought this is too good of a deal to pass and I wanted to support the developers, I love Remedy, but I think I'll ever pre-order again from Microsoft.

    There has been no statement at all about the issues. I've called the Microsoft Store, only to get transferred to Xbox customer support to then get told that I have to reach the Microsoft Store's customer support. This is ridicules.

    Have not received Quantum Break Windows 10 Code.

    Hello,

    I have preordered the Xbox One version of Quantum Break on April 3, 2016 and have not received the Quantum Break Windows 10 code. The game page stated that it would be sent around April 5th, 2016.

    Hey, oldjiveassduder! Any orders that go through the Microsoft Store needs to be handled by the

    Microsoft Store    . You will need to reach out to them for further assistance with your $10 code for currency.

    All codes for the other games are a different story. American Nightmare will be sent out in email from the Microsoft Store, Alan Wake was a code placed inside the disc case (if you ordered a physical copy), and the Microsoft Store version of Quantum Break
    did not qualify for the PC version of the game.

    Quantum break havent received ANY pre order codes

    I Pre-Ordered Quantum Break on April 4, 2016 and I have not yet received the codes for Alan Wake, DLC, American Nightmare, or the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break. I would like to receive these codes soon. Thank You.

    Hey there!

    When did you purchase/redeem the Quantum Break code? In order to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare, you would have needed to redeem the digital code before April 4th, 2016 (or April 10th in US, Canada, and UK) to
    be eligible. If the code was redeemed on your account after those dates, unfortunately you're not eligible to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare codes.

    In regards to Alan Wake, did you purchase an Quantum Break Xbox One bundle, or did you purchase a digital code for Quantum Break? That will help us a bunch.

    Where did you purchase Quantum Break? In order to qualify for Quantum Break on Windows 10, you would have needed to pre-order through the Xbox Store or redeem a Quantum Break code before April 4th, 2016.

    If you got a code for Quantum Break on Xbox One and redeemed after April 4th, 2016, I'm afraid you do not qualify for this offer.

    When did you redeem the code that came with the Quantum Break Xbox One bundle? In order to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10, the code must have been redeemed before April 4th, 2016 (or April 10th if you are located in US, UK, or Canada).
