    Haven't received any credits for a year


    I have made numerous purchases over the last year and my statement doesn't reflect any activity or credits since last summer. I have been a rewards member since 2011.

    No credits with gold renewal (Again)

    For the 2nd year running I haven't received any credits when my Gold auto renewed, this seems to be a fairly common problem, has anything been done to solve it?

  3. Haven't received any credits for Freedom Rewards

    I have one tab for the FREEquent Player mission and have not received the credits for it and despite spending $18.38 in October on Warframe it wasn't counted towards the One-Two-Free Punch mission

    Hello Nutemekiset1,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
    the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Hello deathdealer7888,

    Since you only completed the avatar portion of the offer, that is the only Credits you received. Since you did not complete the purchase portion of the offer, you could not complete the achievement portion of the offer. For reference, you purchased Bram
    Stoker's Dracula, Scout's Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse, and State of Decay. Cabin in the Woods was not an eligible purchase for this offer, as was indicated on the FAQ.

    You will want to create a new post, however you need to change the "Type" of thread to "Support". You posted in the discussion thread and this is not monitored by the reward staff.

    Missing reward points

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    Well I must have done this over the past 2 years and you get points when renewing your gold subscription and purchasing games from the store and I haven't received any from this for the past 2 years...
