Haven't received all My VIP vault rewards

On May 24 or 25 I requested a few rewards As of today's date I haven't heard or seen them. One was a $10 Microsoft card and the other one was a $5 Microsoft card. I was wondering why I haven't received any info on the following items. Thank you for any information.

My vip rewards

Hi I choose a vip rewards on the my vip vault said I would receive an email in 2 days with a redeem code. I have not received any email yet and this was choose 7 days ago today..

any help would be much appreciated

Missing Gift Cards

I recently redeemed my Vip Gems in the vault for a couple gift cards and I still haven't received them. Contacted customer support and the couldn't help. It's been almost 3 weeks now.

The credits should show as pending on the MyRewards section of the Rewards site. They would be scheduled to be deposited into your account over the next couple of days.

From the previously available FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

You can review when your Credits were pending, as well as when you had 5000 pending, on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

We have re-sent this prize email. We see that the email you used to register to the Vault is different than your normal Xbox Live Rewards email, so please be sure to check that email address for this message. Also, you may wish to check that email's junk
mail folder, as we have had reports of user's prizes being filtered there.
