Haven't received Alan Wake or Quantum Break PC codes.

I preordered the game before launch and haven't received anything. It's going on three weeks, this is one of the most poorly recognized cluster ducks I've seen following codes NOT being sent out for pre order incentives I've ever seen. No official updates,
no true apologizes, nothing. What is so hard about sending out codes to people who actually supported a new ip? Honestly this is ridiculous. I've been an Xbox fan since day 1, 2001, this is absolutely unacceptable.

Pre ordered Quantum break but no codes received after 10 days of game launch.

Pre-ordered Quantum Break on xbox one. Haven't received Alan wake, Alan wake american nightmare, the script and the writer dlc codes or the Quantum Break PC codes.

Game had been purchased on 4th April.

Quantum Break pre-order bonuses have not been delivered

Also have not received my Quantum Break pc code or my Alan wake codes.

 

Same, I have preordered the game on the store before the official launch and I received nothing

And it's true, a little message from Microsoft to tell us - we have problem and we don't forget you.. would be really appreciated at least from your big custumers spending 1000$+ for the console, games and xlive...

There is a lack of communication between you and your customers ...

Yeah it's sad I spent over 3,000 grand on Digital games last year for Xbox alone

Xbox Support are aware of this issue, and have posted an update here:
forums.xbox.com/.../2152556.aspx.

Basically, there was an issue which has been identified, and is currently in the process of being rectified.

Stop it with the generic responses. It's all you guys have been saying since the problem originated. I want a dated resolution to this fraud.

 

Where are my codes come on 3 weeks !!!!

 

Nice send me a code for American nightmare the one game I already bought instead of the other 4 codes

 

By the way, both DLC are free, so you will receive code for Alan Wake and Window 10 version
