    I have purchased Quantum Break on the 17th of February via the XBox Live Store. Since then I have not received an of the promotional items: Alan Wake, Alan Wake DLC or Alan Wake American Nightmare.

    I would be very grateful, if you could assist me with this.

    No Quantum Break Codes

    I haven't received the codes for either Quantum Break on W10 or Alan Wake/Alan Wake's American Nightmare on Xbox 360.

    Pre ordered Quantum break but no codes received after 10 days of game launch.

    Pre-ordered Quantum Break on xbox one. Haven't received Alan wake, Alan wake american nightmare, the script and the writer dlc codes or the Quantum Break PC codes.

    Game had been purchased on 4th April.

    Have not received my Windows 10 code, Alan Wake, or American Nightmare codes yet.

    I haven't received the Alan Wake code either. I checked the shop again and Alan Wake is part of the sale while American Nightmare was the preorder.

    Same as Quaggas here. I have only received the American Nightmare code. No vanilla alan wake +DLC codes nor the windows 10 version of Quantum break.

    I was sent here after speaking to a representative from Microsoft to solve my issue with not receiving my Windows 10 code for Quantum Break and the Alan Wake: American Nightmare DLC. Also, I haven't received my $10.00 code for pre-ordering the game as well.
