    I just chatted with support, and they said to post here that I still have not received my Alan Wake codes. He verified that I qualify for the codes. Here is my support ticket number:

    I pre-ordered a digital copy of Quantum Break and I have not received the advertised pre-order bonus codes for Alan Wake: American Nightmare, Alan Wake (+DLC), or the Win10 version of Quantum Break.
