    Haven't received $75 promo for purchasing a new Xbox one yet.


    Was told by Customer support rep to post here to get my promo code for my $75 credit to my xbox one. Bought the xbox one and made it my home console by the deadline which was July 31.

    Promotion Details: I received the Xbox one upgrade promo on July 8th stating that if I upgraded to an Xbox one before the end of July and activated it on my account that I would receive a $75 promo credit.

    Date of Purchase: I purchased the Xbox one brand new at eb games on July 9th and immediately went home and activated it with my profile

    Promo Items not received: The $75 promo credit that I was offered

    I went back and read through a few posts on this issue and it seems that there we're a few errors and that the Xbox Live support team is working on the issue.

    So just wait to here for an Xbox support team member as they figure out a way to resolve the issue.
