    Received the xbox one with fifa 15 bundle on the 26th September yet haven't received the £50 that i am entitled to

    Hey there, Masscherano! I checked out that thread, and it doesn't seem like you have qualified for the £50 promotional currency. To clarify, it wasn't for preordering, it was for users that received the dashboard promotion on their Xbox 360 and upgraded
    to the Xbox One with the same account.

    While you don't qualify for this promotion, keep an eye out for other promotions on

    news.xbox.com     that you may be eligible for! Haven't received £50 from pre ordering Fifa 15 and Xbox One :D

    Those users had been sent the specific promotion to their account, and it was not sent out to everyone that was still on Xbox 360.

    I really am sorry to see that you don't qualify for this particular promotion, but do keep an eye on the above sites to see if you may be eligible for future offers. I do understand that it is frustrating to be in this situation, and I hope you accept my
