    Haven't received $5 Microsoft Store credit from Madden NFL 21 Holiday Deluxe deal.


    So there was a special deal going on from December 23 to December 28 for Madden NFL 21; get the game in that span of time, and you receive 500 Madden Points as well as $5 credit for the Microsoft Store. (I believe the terms stated the 500 MP and $5 will
    both be given to the player before January 20th?) Yesterday, I had received my DM from Xbox as stated in the promo's terms. Sure enough, the code for the 500 Madden Points worked fine. However, the message reads, and I quote, "We've also deposited a Gift Card
    into your account. Your Gift Card Balance expires on 6/30/2021." This led me to believe the $5 from the deal would be in my Microsoft Account's balance, but when I checked yesterday, it wasn't there. I just checked it again, and it still isn't there. The only
    code in the message was for the Madden Points. Will the $5 be added to my balance with a little more time, or was it just not added? Help would really be appreciated. Thank you. Haven't received Microsoft Store credit from Madden NFL 21 Holiday Deluxe deal. :)
