Haven't received $5 code for redeeming GWG

I received an email on April 1st stating that I would receive a $5 gift card in my inbox(within 10 business days) if I redeemed the GWG by the 6th. I redeemed them on the 4th but have yet to receive my code.

After redeeming my GoW Ultimate Edition code I haven't received codes for any other games.

 

Accidentally deleted promo message

I received a promo code for $5. I accidentally deleted the message with the code before redeeming the code. Is there anyway to resend the same code to me so I can redeem my $5? Thanks

Gwg is a free game not paid purchases

 

RRwarda usually only happen if a paid purchases are made and those conditions applies

Chat support has my info(screen shots & all that). This promo was legit & is on record. I was told to wait 24-72hrs for a reply on Friday night(4-21-17), it's been 72hours. Can I possibly a real representative reply & not just some "ambassador" lol'ing at
me?

Apologies for the delay, sorry to hear about the troubles with the promotion. To start out, did you make sure to "purchase" all available Games with Gold titles? This includes the Xbox 360 titles as well.

 

Of course.

Support said they weren't showing me as having the license but I sent screen shots that provided them with proof that I had redeemed the games.

 

If I didn't qualify for the promotion, can you please explain why? If you would like to review my situation please refer to case number 1383115675(per the support survey email I received today on 4-30 @5:37am HST)
