Havent received 3 months promotional code

I signed up the offer of buy 3 months Gold membership and get 3 months free. The offer stated that I need to apply the code to my account before July in order to be accounted for or else I cant use it. But to the surprise, I havent received any email with
the code so that I can add it to my account.

Without going back and forth of you asking me to check SPAM folders and doing this and that, I have done all sort of checks under your checklist with NO SUCCESS.

Would be great if you can assign that directly onto my account and resolve the issue at your earliest.

Im going on 2 weeks of having pre ordered Dark Souls 3 and still havent received my promotional code. Please give me an answer as to why Microsoft and Xbox both point the finger at each other

I purchased on June 15 and still have not received the free three months either. I have contacted various customer service reps with always being told they cannot help me and sending me to different reps. I even contacted via Twitter for help. No resolution
yet.

Have been talking to customer support and they keep on pushing it to the the forum posting. Absolutely unfair practice.... Needs to be reported to Fair Trade and Practice Department for their illegal marketing campaign.......

The 3-month code was meant to be sent out by Email is it in your inbox?

I too have this same issue and was told to post here after contacting support.

Promotion was buy 3 months of gold, get 3 months free. The 3 Free months were to be received within 10 days from purchase.

Received a code via email the following day (with no indication of how many months of fold it was for.)

Waited 10 days, no secondary code/redemption instructions received.

Redeeming the initial code, only gives 3 months of gold, not the 6 that stated in the promotion.

It has been well past the 10 days since purchase, and the free 3 months is no where to be seen.

Before it's asked, spam and junk mail has been checked. Outside of the initial purchase email/code, nothing relating to the order or promotion has been received.

Support seems unable to help beyond telling people with this issue to post here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased 2 of the 3 Months subscription under the Buy 3 Months, Get 3 Months Free promotion on 2/10/18 on xbox.com. At that time, the confirmation said that i would receive my code by 3/15/18 and that i was still within the window of time to get the free
3 months, the end date was NOT 1/30/18. I have checked all of my email accounts as well as my Xbox message center. No codes received.
