    Haven't received $10 Xbox gift card


    I preordered Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain on August 26, 2015 and for preordering it said I would receive a $10 xbox gift card. It has been a month and I still haven't received it. I have checked my inbox and spam folder every other day the past few
    weeks and it hasn't arrived.

    I have the same issue. I signed up for xbox 3-month gold on Jun 12, 2015 and I still haven't received the $10 gift card or code.

    Haven't received 10 dollar gift code that comes with digital purchase

    I bought Forza Horizon 3 for my xbox on the microsoft site and it says it comes with a free 10 dollar digital gift card and I haven't received it.

    Haven't received $10 Xbox gift card

    If you're a rewards member, you would have received 15,000 rewards credits instead of the $10. If you're not a member, you would need to contact customer service for microsoftstore.com since that offer is through them.

    The $10 gift card is a promotion from microsoftstore.com. You would have needed to preorder from them in order to receive the gift card.

    I bought apex coins during the promotion stating I'd recieve a gift card for doing so but never received my gift card. When should I expect to see them?

    It was in the xbox store approximately 10 days ago I made the purchase, but have not received gift cards.
