    Haven't received £10 voucher code for pre ordering gears of war 4 from microsoft store


    Immanuel M from support live chat instructed me to post here because I pre ordered gears of war and still haven't received my £10 code. He also said only the people here can fix this issue. its been more than 7-10 days and both live chats I've had to have confirmed
    I'm due the £10 and I would like to get this issue sorted. thanks

    Gears of War Collection still AWOL

    I posted around a week ago about not having received the Gears of War Collection codes after pre-ordering Gears 4 via the Microsoft Store on 9 October; same profile I'm posting from, '' (EU). I still haven't received the codes.

    Thanks in advance for helping sort this out.

    Not received Store Gift Codes for Pre-Orders

    Pre-ordered Gears of War 4 and Mafia III both came with $10 Microsoft Store Gift Codes from the store online. Have not received the codes as of yet for either.

    You would need to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com since that offer was through them.

    Codes for this specific promotion are not sent within 7-10 days, however pre-order customers can expect to receive their codes closer to the release of Gears of War 4. You can find this information over at the official
