    $10 MS Gift Card Not Received w/purchase of Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition

    I purchased the Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition. I have received the preorder
    2016 Mercedes-Benz E63 S Coupe through Xbox messages on 9/23/16 along with the 2016 Ford Mustang GT350R gift through email on 9/30/16. I have not received the $10.00 MS store gift code that was supposed to be delivered through email within
    10 days of the game release.

    It has now been 2 weeks and I still haven't received the $10.00 MS store gift code. The end of my receipt states:

    There are currently no offers through the Rewards program for $10 off MS Store orders. If this is an offer directly through microsoftstore.com, you would need to contact their customer support for assistance. Or if this is an offer from the Microsoft Rewards
    program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

    Then you did receive what you were supposed. As I said earlier, as a rewards member you're supposed to receive the 15,000 credits instead of the $10 gift code. Anyone who is not a Rewards member would receive the $10 code. The microsoftstore.com emails were
    never updated to show the rewards offer, but that is per the terms of the offer.

    3. How to Receive Special Offer:...Xbox Live Rewards members qualifying for the Offer will not also qualify for the $10 Xbox Gift Card promoted on www.Microsoftstore.com.

    I saw a different user reporting this, but at the time he posted it haven't been the 10 business days (or maybe 15) the promotion says until you receive your code, so, where did you buy it? online or at a MS store?

    Buy $50 gc, receive $10... still have no gotten the $10

    Keep in mind the terms stated you should receive the email within 10 business days of the purchase, which would be tomorrow if you bought it on the 14th. If you still haven't received it by the end of tomorrow, you'll want to reach out to Microsoft
    Store support     since that offer was through them.

    You would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program (they are separate from the Xbox Rewards program). Their contact can be found on their redemption page.
