Haven't racked any points for years.

Been a MyRewards member for about 5 years now, but the credits have stopped coming in since 2015. Can someone explain, because i could have had lots of credits for the 1 month renewal???

You will want to create a new post, however you need to change the "Type" of thread to "Support". You posted in the discussion thread and this is not monitored by the reward staff.

Hi XBOX,

I joined the reward scheme many years ago. I used to receive awards per month based on my spend of MS Points and completing surveys/challenges etc.

I've spent many thousands on XBL credit, but haven't received any reward for a number of years now.

Can you kindly look into this and get back to me? I would estimate it was 5-6 years since I last received a reward.

In order for support to check into your account, you'll want to post in the support section of this forum. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.
