    havent played minecraft in years, I migrated the account and now its going to my xbox...


    I migrated my minecraft account to microsoft, and I only used one microsoft account at that time so please dont tell me that I used the wrong one or that the microsoft migration was incomplete because I got an email confirming it was completed from the account I used, my minecraft username is bxllamie and I logged into my minecraft account today to see that it was my xbox account that I logged into, not my actual minecraft account. Now I cant play minecraft because it says I dont own the game. I went to mojang support and they said that I had to come here because it was a microsoft account I was having problems with.

    And did you not have access to that email?
    Did you try recovering it?

    In support page you can request a call from Microsoft or chat with Microsoft agent, but those options appears depending on which category you select.
    You can try changing categories until you are able to see the option and select the one that fits best for you

    Would be a good option too, keep close proof of purchase too

    It didnt really change anything, its still going to my xbox account isntead of the account I migrated to
