As title says I have redeemed the gift card code for Forza Motorsport 6 Standard Edition and Forza Horizon 2 Standard Edition ,

but I don't own Ten Year Anniversary Car Pack !

when I pre ordered forza horizon 3 it said that I would get the forza motorsport 6 meguiars car pack and the a forza horizon 2 car pack

Those are not given out as codes or playable in Forza Horizon 3, but automatically made available to use in Forza Horizon 2 and Forza Motorsport 6 on the account you purchased from if you own those games. You can find this information on
Forza Horizon 3's Pre-Order Details page.

Note that players who purchase any digital bundle of Forza Horizon 3 on Xbox will also receive two car packs available immediately for use in previous Forza games – theRockstar
Energy Car Pack from Forza Horizon 2 and the Meguiar’s Car Pack from Forza Motorsport 6.

To clarify, it looks like it's free in the game, but are you saying that when you try to obtain the car in game it's also asking you to pay for it with in game currency?

The Ten Year Anniversary Car Pack works in the same way as other car packs do, this unlocks the ability for you to purchase them in game with currency as opposed to someone who doesn't own the DLC. Are you not able to purchase the car in game with the in
game currency?

I installed Forza 6 10 year anniversary edition from disc which says it includes the 10 year car pack. When I go to manage game there are no add-ons visible. They are also not installed in the game under free cars. How do I get the car pack?

Yes,the cars are only free in game once.

If you want another one of the cars in game you need to use in game credits.

The game "Forza Horizon 3" with Hot Wheels was a download code, which was sold together with the console in a bundle. The code was redeemed with my account. The Car Pack was bought in a store as a download code and was also redeemed with my account. When
he is logged in on the console, he can both use the game and the Car Pack. The new "Forza Horizon 4" is the disc version. But when he now gets his own console, what happens with Forza 3 and the Car Pack.
