Haven't gotten my October MyVIP Star Rank Points

I haven't gotten my MyVIP Star Rank Points for October. Every month they get deposited at the end of the month, but I got nothing deposited for October. Yet I ordered several games in October, and should have gotten rewarded. So I don't know why I didn't
get any of my points.

My 250 points i did not receive them after answering the survey

Haven't gotten the credits for this either and i'm not getting reward credits for purchases i made in december with my MyVIP 1 star rank.

MyVIP Star % Back

MyVIP Star rank says I should be getting 10% back on my digital purchases every month. However the last time I've gotten that percent back on my purchases was way back in November of last year. I haven't gotten any % back on my purchases since then.

Hello ProtagonistZero,

Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP. Also, we only calculate payback based off of $10 increments. So your one non-pre-order purchase did not qualify for payback since it was beneath this amount. That spend amount was held in reserve to complete a $10 amount
in a future month.

What is MyVIP and how is it changing?

As of October 1, 2017, we have expanded our MyVIP offerings to give more of our members a chance to be treated like the VIP they are. Previously MyVIP was limited to a MyVIP Star Rank, that allowed you to earn a % back on qualifying purchases. The expanded
offerings showcased on the new MyVIP page were inspired by member feedback and give members three different ways to participate in MyVIP:

MyVIP Percentage Back: Earn up to 10% back on qualifying purchases with your MyVIP Star Rank.

MyVIP Perks & Gems: Access special offers and earn MyVIP Gems for a wide range of activities and milestones.

MyVIP Vault: Trade in your MyVIP Gems for a Reward of your choice from our vault of curated prizes. You can read more about each of these different MyVIP features in the next few sections, or on the MyVIP page.

Since Gems/MyChallenges were only created on October 1st, it is not possible to Reward activity that occurred before they existed.

As stated in the FAQ:

What will happen to my MyVIP Star Rank in Microsoft Rewards?

MyVIP Star Ranks are not part of the Microsoft Rewards program. If you are an Xbox Live Rewards member with a MyVIP Star Rank and you transition to Microsoft Rewards, you will receive special benefits in Microsoft Rewards for a promotional period through
December 31, 2018. Click here to learn more.

Since we have not yet transitioned to Microsoft Rewards, there is no reflection of your MyVIP Star Rank in Microsoft Rewards.

When you visit the Xbox Live Rewards page you can find a link the FAQ for the transition to Microsoft Rewards. The FAQ indicates that your MyVIP Star Rank will give you bonus Points for your purchases, e.g., 4 Star Rank will give
you 80 bonus points per $1 spent (90 points per dollar total). This will extend through Dec 31, 2018.
