    Purchased a $5 rental over 2 weeks ago after being referred by a friend but have yet to see the credits pending.

    Still missing credits

    i was told to wait 96 hours an i still haven't gotten my credits that i claimed through the vault with my gems its a 10,000 and 5,000 rewards credit.....

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that credits are automatically deposited after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Since you haven't gotten to 5,000 yet, they haven't automatically
    been scheduled for deposit. Since you have over 1,000 pending, you can request a deposit and they will be deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you make the request.

    Share the Digital Rewards lets you earn Rewards Credits by referring your friends to make their first digital purchase of Xbox One or Xbox 360 content.
    You'll receive 5,000 Rewards Credits for each friend you refer who spends at least $25 before tax on Xbox One or Xbox 360 content in the Xbox Store or Microsoft Movies & TV, and we’ll give your friend 5,000 Rewards Credits, too.
    To get your Reward, they just have to make their first purchase within 30 days of your referral.

    Since one of your friends recently completed this offer, the Credits for that successful referral are now in your account. You both got 5000 Credits! You may have confused our refer a friend to Gold status offer with this offer.

    Pending credits didn't deposit?

    The request deposit button is only available if you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled to
    be deposited by the following 15th or 30th so it is no longer necessary to request one. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th
    of the next month.
    ok,so I'm just wondering why my credits haven't deposited on the 15th when I'm well above 5000 credits,is it the amount?

    Also will the xbox rewards change over effect my earned credits?
