Haven't got the Premium pack even though i paid

Talked to EA AND Microsoft and they can see that i have paid the price for the premium pack for Battlefield Hardline, but has not recieved it.

Battlefield 3 in game store

So I just got battlefield 3 premium edition because my friends said it was a fun game, I downloaded the premium content and went into the in game store so I could get all five of the map packs but the store won't load even after I waited for almost an
hour! If anyone can tell me a way to get my five map packs I paid the extra money for that would be great.

 

ME3 Store Packs

I have 20 MSP and the option is there for me even though I haven't got enough to even get a Veteran pack.

 

Hey OMAHA 2010 -

If you navigate to your Battlefield: Hardline tile under "My games and apps" and press the menu button, what items do you see listed under your "Ready to Install" list? Your Premium content should be there and you should be able to install them.

There is nothing now, but Criminal activity, Robbery, Getaway and Betrayal was there, but the Premium was never there.

To clarify, you are referring to this specific
Battlefield Hardline Premium Package, correct? If so, that is essentially the season pass that provides you access to the following content:

As such, it will not appear as a separate install on it's own. Hopefully that helps and do let us know if you have further questions.

 

I have been playing Battlefield for many years now, and been a premium member for many years.

I DON`T have premium access to events, battlepacks, VIP access to server queues !!!!!

I talked to EA as I told you at first, they tell me what I allready know, I miss the whole premium part, I have the 4 expansioin packs that it.

I would like to get my 400 DKK back, I did not get the product I paid for, so please send my money back, or fix the problem.

I am so disappointed.

To clarify, if you currently have the license for the game and are not able to access in game servers this would be something to speak with EA about. It sounds like you've got the content, but it's not appearing in the game.
