Discus and support Havent got points for purchases in months.     i have spent about 200 bucks on xbox this month and im 3star vip shouldnt i have gained points back for spending money on the xbox cards/purchases? Only points iv got was for the survey at the start of the month -_-

    No credits since march despite several purchases in March and April

    So you're looking for VIP rebates then. Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's too early to see credits pending for April purchases then. Support will double check March, but keep in mind that if
    you had opted into the "Simply Rewarding" offer, any purchases that went towards that offer would not have counted towards your rebate.
    I haven't opted into anything. I just do basic purchases, I haven't agreed to anything special. I bought nada affect andromeda at the beginning of March though and never saw points for it. Thats when I noticed no VIP points for any purchases since March

    I purchased 3 games and a bunch of dlc... havent seen any of my rewards for them

    my vip rank is actually one star... and no points are posting... not even survey points

    so you no longer get points for every purchase unless your vip or doing a punchcard like you use to???

    Call of Duty would have counted towards your Games on Demand punchcard as long as it was a preorder. You would need to purchase 2 other games in order to complete that offer and receive the credits.

    There have not been any offers Battlefield or Batman in the past couple of weeks. If you qualify for VIP rebates, they would be part of your rebate for October (if Battlefield was a preorder it would not count). Rebates are calculated after the end of the
    month and given by the 15th of the next month.
