Haven't got my xbox quests rewards although completed all of them

I have not received my xbox quests reward for this month (may) even though I have completed all the quests and have full downloaded both games and when I go check my progress it says that I have not done two of the quests even though I have plz help would
really like the reward this month

Xbox Live Quest

I Have completed my February Xbox Live Quest and still haven't got my reward. Please Help. And still have received my January Reward for that Quest. Please Please Please Someone HELP. I'm a really big Xbox Fan. And it hurts that I'm being apart of the Xbox
Quest every time and haven't got two of my rewards. Please Please Please HELP.

Prizes from quests are given within the following month. If you don't receive anything by the end of June, you would need to post in the sales and promotions forum. In order for support to check into your progress, you would need
to post in the sales and promotions forum.

Sorry that you haven't seen anything for the November quest. The rewards are given if you complete the three steps. I was able to complete the quest and received the free reward and, if you want to know, the reward is a code for a free rental of the Wonder
Woman movie. If you completed all three parts of the quest, you will receive the reward. Check your messages from Xbox Live in your console quick access menu to find it.

I completed all 3 steps to the quest. That is my point. They were competed but I still haven't received anything.

You can count me in, i completed this quest and got nothing, also completed a xbox gold quest in july and got nothing. I contacted support and they didnt even know what the quest was, then i contacted them again and they told me it was sorted out and i
would receive them, that was a lie as i received nothing. Its become a quest getting rewarded for the quests, but the best thing to do is dont bother with their quests or promotions

Hey thanks for replying my achievments are popping fine for gamerscore it is the rewards quests that the problem has arisen some showing as done and others i have done not being recognised as being completed. Completed last months no problem and got the
bonus reward points for completing them
