Haven't got my mystery gift for the month of Oct & Nov

I have completed Xbox Live Gold quests for the month of Oct & Nov, however I have not received the mystery gift that was promised for both Oct & Nov, could you please help ?

haven't received my October mystery gift

hello i haven't received my mystery gift for the October challenge for a chance to win a tv. i was just wanting to know why i haven't received the mystery gift. my girlfriend got hers the same day of completing the challenge.

 

Xbox live 2% rebate didnt appear.

I got my rebate for Oct of 2% of my total gamerscore. For the month of nov and dec i didnot get them. Is there something i am doing wrong or have i missied something? Is antbody else is having that same issue?

Thanks for posting. Could you post back which region are you physically located in? Regarding the November Quest reward, those will be sent in waves. Since it can take up to 30 days after to the promotion to receive the reward, please check back in at the
end of December if you don't receive a code.

Please let us know which region you are physically located in so we can take a further look into this. Thanks!
