Haven't got my 2% back for the second straight month

I've spent over $80 in the past two months and haven't got anything back. I was told last month that I opted-into a program that cost me the points ...but I did nothing of the sort. I certainly wouldn't sign up for anything where I'd lose my rewards points.
I searched for the offer the person mentioned but as far as I can tell it doesn't exist.

But none of that would explain why I didn't get my points THIS month. Is it so hard to just give me my 2% back without trying to screw me out of it? It's like a dollar a month. I've been an XBL subscriber for well over a decade. Work with me here.

Stop renewing my Xbox game pass. I got it for FREE 2 months ago and I haven't played any xbox game pass games for 2 months yet you renewed it without me knowing about this. So stop renewing my xbox game pass now. And yes, I'd like to get my moneys back.

 

can any areas be skipped in NG+

I got one one my 1st playthrough and my second. Now I need a third one for my crystal weapon. I went farming for 2 hours straight with the ring and about 20 humanity in my meter and didn't get one from the darkwraiths.

 

MyVip is calculated at the end of the month and deposited around the 15th of the following month. It is too early to see April MyVip rebates.

 

It never seemed to take until the 15th before. I remember consistently getting them within the first week. I didn't get any for March - when I spent more in one month than I usually do - so that's certainly convenient that I didn't get my 2%. I'll wait and
see if I get a reward for April but I'm not holding my breath, seeing as how I still haven't gotten an explanation for why I got nothing in March.

The staff will have to review your missing march MyVip, however is it possible you opted-in to the "Simply Rewarding" offer which gave 6,000 rewards for spending $60 on content? If you did, then that may be why you did not receive MyVip because content can
only qualify for rewards one time so you would have received the 6,000 and not 2% (but the 6,000 would have been a better option than 2%).

They will review your account and reply to you here. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST (which is why they have not responded yet). They do not work weekends.

After reviewing your account, we see that you chose to opt in to the Simply Rewarding offer that was available in March (6,000 Credits for $60 in purchases). Since you cannot be Rewarded twice for a purchase, this means your March purchases went towards
the Simply Rewarding offer, and not towards MyVIP payback. Since you did not complete that offer, you did not receive offer completion Credits. Regarding your April payback, from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.
