hello I had got a code for minecraft as it was sent to me throught the messages centre but I have lost this code. I got this through a promotion could you please help me?

@roh5il if you purchased the membership on the dashboard (not prepaid code ) you wouldn't get it till July 31st

@snapix you don't qualify because you didn't buy the promotion on the dashboard

As the terms clearly state you must buy the membership

Using a prepaid code doesn't qualify

 

well no it's okay I'm not going to wait up to a month and a half to receive a code. I even spoke to the manager on live chat and they talk to you like crap. So I just got a refund and got membership cheaper somewhere else. Thanks
