I got a 2 days gold member. But somehow I didn't got the gold-member's discount when I buy assassin's creed origin.

F1 2015 is on offer this week for Gold members. If you got discounted Singapore credit it works out less than £9..!

Gotta be a bargain at that price so will grab it to add it to the racing game collection to test the new wheel on.

Trial subscriptions do not change your account status to gold. You would need a full gold subscription in order to take part in gold deals.

If you're comparing the 2 prices shown on the store, the first price is the discount for non-gold members, not the regular price. So you're just seeing the difference in price between the gold discount and non-gold discount.

I Was Renamed

I PURCHASED gold to get the discount, but after spending the 9.99 on gold to become a gold member (let me stress this one more time), which made me a gold member who is entitled to the gold member discounts, the discount would not apply.

Then I opened a support ticket, and not 30 seconds after telling the representative what game I was trying to purchase, the "Gold exclusive price" tag disappeared, and it was no longer on sale. Then I was told "It must be a bug with your browser" by the
representative.
