    Havent earned credits for purchase


    I recently purchased Gears of War 4 a few days ago and my rewards account hasn't updated with my purchase. I have been checking everyday for the past 4 days but no luck. Please help I bought the $59.99 (plus tax) original edition of Gears of War 4.

    Rewards for purchases in April

    So I have not been awarded any credits for my purchases in the latter half of April. I got my credits for the first half and those were deposited in mid-April. I havent earned any points since even though I have made half a dozen purchases. If someone
    could look into this I would appreciate it.

    ...and no, they arent pending or too few to create a deposit.

    Are there only credit rewards for certain achievements and purchases on the xbox store? I have earned many, many achievements and purchase a few games on the xbox store, but i have only earned credits for July.

    There are currently no offers to receive credits for purchasing that game. If you are eligible for VIP rebates, it would be included in the rebate you receive in mid-November.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders,
    game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
    However, this purchase did move you very close to your first star. Since this purchase did not complete any offers, it also did not Reward any credits from offer completion.

    Why do not they give me points for every achievement I get?

    Achievements only earn credits if there is a specific offer for them. Usually the offers involve purchasing a specific type of game and then earning a set number of achievements in that game. Otherwise, you don't earn credits just for earning them.

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? Achievements will only earn credits it they are part of a specific offer (like the current Dr. Rewards offer). Usually you have to purchase a game and then you unlock to option to earn credits
    based on earning a number of achievements in that game.

    Otherwise, there are no offers to receive credits just for earning achievements.

    The level you earned credits for is for purchasing avatar items. In order to receive credits for level 1, you had to spend at least $59.99 on eligible games, movies, or TV show. Once you met the requirement for level 1 it would unlock level 2 (earning credits
    for achievements earn in the game you purchased for level 1).
