Haven't earned any credits

Discus and support Haven't earned any credits in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I haven't earned any credits for my achievements since about March or February of 2014, is there a fix, or am I just not going to get any credits...?...     I haven't earned any credits for my achievements since about March or February of 2014, is there a fix, or am I just not going to get any credits...?

    Not Earning Rewards

    I have been a member of the rewards program since 2014 and have recently checked my total earnings to find that I have 0 earned credits, yet I've made purchases in the XBL store. Why haven't I earned any credits?

    Hello,

    I haven't received any reward credits from the purchases I made towards the end of March until present day. Did something change in regards to how credits are earned? The only pending credits that show are from the survey I took?

    Haven't earned any credits

    As of 2014 we are no longer rewarded for earning achievements unless there is a specific promotion running to earn achievements.

    There were no offers before 2014 to receive credits for achievements either. They just started this past year.

    Hello Dope Ri0t,

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. As mentioned, the only ways to earn Credits for achievements now is through special offers found on the MyMissions page.

    If you haven't registered for the program then you wouldn't have been able to earn any rewards credits.

    Your lifetime credits earned includes all credits you have earned since joining the program. That number includes all credits that are pending as well as any that have already been deposited. So if your pending credits is the same amount, then they haven't
    been deposited yet. If your pending credits is less than that number, then you have already had some credits deposited. Your statement will list when deposits took place. You can verify deposits at http://commerce.microsoft.com
