Haven't been paid out for myvipgems

I opted out in april because I got an email telling me I would be paid out for the remaining myvip gems and I double checked with the XBLR twitter and they told me that I would get them put into my balance But it still hasn't

:)

Really? thats a shame I asked them like 3 times on their twitter if I would get paid out $20 for the gems :/

Hey since my last post was locked before I could even confirm anything Im posting this here again In may the only money I got back from deactivating myvip was a measly -NZ$2.82 under xbox live rewards deposit But the thing is I had enough myvipgems to get
atleast $20 and thats why I need help Not just some random person telling me that I already got paid and closing the thread

Opting-out will work under the same process that our deposits of currency currently work. In our program, pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end
of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Therefore, since you chose to opt out in
April, your Credits/Gems were deposited as part of the mid-May deposit cycle, on the 9th.
