Haven't been able to play Xbox games for over a month, getting MULTIPLE errors!!

I haven't been able to play Xbox games for a little over a month now. It started saying that the game was not available for my account, (even though it is and i CAN download the game). Then recently has gotten worse by saying I have a file system error when I launch ANY game, also I get an error when trying to download other apps in the MS store. I have reset the xbox app, gaming services app, MS store app, signed out.in all them, have signed out/in to my pc itself going from an MS account to a local, no change. I have cleared the MS store cache using powershell (following another forum) no change. Please help, it has been a over a month now, I am fully up to date with windows updates as well. If needed I can get all of the error codes that I have run into.

I dont think it is a windows thing, as much as i think it is a Microsoft account problem, also, I have just made another user, and tryed to install netflix in the ms store, and i still got the same error. The error i get when it says "acquiring license"

Kindly try the following troubleshooting steps by updating your Microsoft store, Device Drivers, Xbox, and Gaming Services apps:

For Microsoft Store:

Update Microsoft Store: Select the Start Windows logo Start button, and then from the apps list, select Microsoft Store. In Microsoft Store, select See more Three-dot More icon > Downloads and updates > Get updates. If an update for Microsoft Store is available, it will start installing automatically.

For Device Drivers:

For the best game performance, make sure your system’s video card drivers (or display adapter drivers) are up to date. Drivers are available on the support website for your computer manufacturer, or if your computer system is custom built, on the video card manufacturer’s support website. Updating video card drivers can resolve game crashes, improve frame rates, and improve overall game performance.

For Xbox and Gaming services apps:

Press the Start button on the taskbar, type store, and open the Microsoft Store app.

Select Library.

Under Updates & Downloads, check if there are any updates available for the Xbox app or Gaming Services app. If an update is available, select Update.
