Have yet to recieve my 15,000 point pre-order bonus.

This is my second post to this forum about this issue. I also contacted Live Chat once regarding this issue.

I pre-ordered a physical copy Fifa 17 over a month ago on Microsoftstore.com with my debit card as payment. The pre-order deal said that 15 days after shipment I would get 15,000 points in place of the $10 gift card. It's been 30 days, and I have yet to
recieve either the points or the gift card. What gives?

Rewards no deposited for Resident Evil Biohazard Pre-Order

Order# 11086215264 never received 15,000 rewards points or pre-order bonus content for resident evil biohazard.

Shinobi Striker Pre Order Bonus Not Recieved

I have pre ordered shinobi striker deluxe version through the microsoft store and I did not recieve any of my pre order bonuses. If anyone could tell me how I am able to recieve my pre order bonuses much appreciated.

Hey LongBowMaster did you pre-order the game with the bonus of 15,000 M$ points? I'm wondering if the code they sent us is the code for $10 (10,000 M$ points) that Non Xbox Live Gold members get for a pre-order of this game & that the code was mistakenly
sent to us but it's invalid because we will be receiving 15,000 M$ points in January. Sorry if that makes no sense.

The Windows 10 version of the game isn't what was sold to you, it was the Xbox One version of the game. A pre-order bonus isn't something you can get the law involved over. Simply put, you paid for a Xbox One game and got it, the pre-order bonus has yet
to be recieved.
