    Hello, hope you are well. I was directed here by Xbox Support to resolve my issue. I pre-purchased Quantum Break digitally from Xbox Live on March, 30.

    I have no received my download code for the Window's 10 version of Quantum Break, it's upsetting that it's been this long and still no code. Please do help me resolve this problem, I very much appreciate the help.

    I have yet to receive my codes for both Alan Wake and Quantum Break for Windows 10. It's have been over the 7-10 day window they promised.

    I Pre-Ordered Quantum Break on April 4, 2016 and I have not yet received the codes for Alan Wake, DLC, American Nightmare, or the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break. I would like to receive these codes soon. Thank You.
