Have yet to receive April VIP Rebates

Title. Going off my 'myrewards' page, my rebate is always deposited on the last day of the month. So far, my April rebate has not shown up yet, and I should be due at least 7000 points from what I can tell.

There is currently a delay with the VIP rebate for April.

 

Why are my purchases not being recorded?

In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. There were no offers to receive credits for Gears 4 when you purchased
it. If you were eligible for VIP rebates, it would have been part of your rebate for that month.

 

Rebates are actually calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. They're just shown with the last date of the month they are for. However, there is a delay with April's rebates while the program fixes an issue with certain
member's showing as not having gold.

 

I didn't receive mine for either March or April. Mods insist I "opted out" of my rewards and then lock my posts. It's pathetic, really. A company worth billions being too cheap to do what they say they will.

for your April purchases pending in your account.
