Have watched events in Mixer and never received a Mixpot

Since the beginning I have been watching events through Mixer. One of the reasons, besides being a very good streaming service, is the fact that we receive a Mixpot for watching these events. I have already linked my Microsoft Account
to Mixer since day one but I haven't received a single Mixpot. The most recent event I watched was The Game Awards and again it's been more than a week and still no Mixpot. I've already opened a Support Ticket about this but I was referred to this forum for
further assistance.

EBONY FLINTLOCK PISTOL

So I watched the Mixer stream that was supposed to reward us with the Ebony FLintlock Pistol and then I also watched the E3 Event on Mixer and never received the MIXPOT either.. My xbox live account is linked to my mixer account.. anyone at Microsoft looking
in to the issue with people not receiving these codes?

We were able to determine that you have received the MixPot Rewards that you did not already own. This content is automatically applied to the account you watched TGA with, and some of the content is fully unlocked within its respective game. Check your 'Ready
to install' list for the following content:

Goat Simulator

Warframe Prestige Pack DLC

Halo Wars 2 Kinsano leader

Forza Motorsport 7 E3 Driver Suit

Let us know if you are able to find that content!

During some of the Xbox Live streaming events on Mixer, we’ll be rewarding viewers by giving away MixPots, These MixPots will vary by event and can include different games and downloadable content (DLC) for each event.

Quantities are limited—only the first qualified viewers will receive the MixPot. Due to the popularity of MixPot, some viewers may not receive content. Viewers don’t have to watch the entire briefing to qualify. You’ll be notified after the stream is over
with more details regarding your MixPot.

How does the MixPot work?

Here’s how it works:

Watch the Xbox Live stream on Mixer: You can watch the live streaming event using the Mixer app on Xbox One, any web browser at http://www.mixer.com/xbox,
or the Mixer app on iOS or Android devices.
Sign in to Mixer using your Microsoft account: You must be signed in to Mixer with your Microsoft account to get your MixPot.
For existing Mixer accounts, link your Mixer account to your Microsoft account: To learn how to link your existing Mixer account to your Microsoft account (the account you use to sign in to Xbox Live), see Mixer
account to your Microsoft account. Your account must be linked to receive the MixPot.
Get your stuff! After the event, we’ll announce the games or DLC that will be coming your way as part of the MixPot.

What if I watched the Xbox Live stream event on Mixer but didn’t receive my MixPot?

If you didn’t receive your MixPot within one week after watching the Xbox Live stream on Mixer, visit xbox.com/mixpothelp.

I watched the entire live X018 event on Mixer with my account logged in, but I didn't receive any Mixpot awards for Sea of Thieves.
